1. Digital Products: All digital products purchased from Ecom Gadget are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions for the product. Delivery is instant, and you should receive your digital product within a few minutes of purchase. 2. Physical Products: For any physical products, we offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. 2. Physical Products: We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
